This involves picking from one of eight emotions – excited, happy, content, calm, sad, worried, frustrated and stressed. Your heart rate and heart rate variability also inform your stress rating, and the Sense 2 will prompt you to log your mood throughout the day. The key improvement on the 2 is that it tracks EDA continuously throughout the day to help monitor your stress levels. Like the original Sense, the Sense 2 can take an electrocardiogram (ECG), measure your blood oxygen saturation and skin temperature, and track your electrodermal activity (EDA).
